Effective 3 September 2026
The short version
These terms are the agreement between you and All The Ducks for using the app. The plain-English version:
•
You get 7 days free to try everything, with no card required. After that it's A$8 per month to keep using the app.
•
The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time from inside the app or through the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
•
Everything you put into the app is yours. We store it so the app works for you — we don't own it, sell it or use it for anything else.
•
Use the app for its purpose, don't misuse it, and don't put other people's personal details in without their permission.
•
We provide the app "as is" and do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never have problems.
•
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Who these terms are from
This app ("All The Ducks: Craft Control", or "All The Ducks") is published by Suzannah, trading as All The Ducks, based in Australia ("we", "us", "our").
"You" means the person who creates an account and uses the app.
If anything here is unclear, contact us through "Feedback & Suggestions" in the app Menu, or via stitcherystuff.com.au.
Effective date: 3 September 2026.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use All The Ducks.
If you're using All The Ducks for a business, you're agreeing to these terms on that business's behalf as well as your own.
Your account
•
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Don't share your login with others.
•
Tell us straight away (through Feedback & Suggestions) if you think someone else has accessed your account.
•
One account is for one person. You can create more than one workspace inside your account for different parts of your work.
•
The information you give us when you sign up must be accurate, and you must keep your email address current so you can recover access and receive account messages.
The free trial and subscription
Free trial:
•
New accounts get a free trial of 7 days with full access. No payment details are needed to start the trial.
•
When the trial ends, you'll need an active paid subscription to keep using the app. We show you a reminder inside the app before the trial runs out.
Paid subscription:
•
The subscription is A$8 per month (Australian dollars), charged in advance.
•
On the website and the installed web app, payments are processed by Square. We don't see or store your full card details — Square handles that securely on our behalf.
•
In the iPhone/iPad app, the subscription is bought through Apple and charged to your Apple ID. The price shown in the app may be the App Store equivalent in your currency.
•
The subscription renews automatically each month on the same date, and your card is charged for the next month, until you cancel.
•
We'll let you know in advance if the price changes. A price change never applies to a month you've already paid for.
Cancelling:
•
You can cancel any time from "Plan & Billing" in the app Menu.
•
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, access stops and the app moves to a read-and-recover state until you subscribe again.
•
We don't provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a month, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it (see "Refunds and your consumer rights" below).
If you subscribed through Apple in the iPhone/iPad app, that subscription is billed and managed by Apple under its terms. It renews monthly unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the month ends, and you cancel it in Settings on your iPhone or iPad (your name → Subscriptions) — not here. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple. If you start an Apple subscription while you already pay through Square, your Square subscription stops at the end of the month already paid for.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights.
If the app fails to do what it's meant to and it's a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel; for other failures, you're entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time.
Outside of those rights, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us through Feedback & Suggestions and we'll work it out with you.
Acceptable use
When you use All The Ducks, you agree not to:
•
break any law, or use the app to help anyone else break the law;
•
upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
•
store another person's personal information (for example a client's name, email, phone or address) without having their permission to do so;
•
upload anything harmful, offensive, or that contains malware;
•
try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the app or the systems it runs on;
•
scrape, bulk-export or resell the app's data or functionality, or access it other than through the normal app;
•
resell, sublicense or share your access with people outside your own business.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Your content
Everything you enter or upload — your workspaces, suppliers, items, projects, images, PDFs, notes and everything else — stays yours. We don't claim any ownership of it.
You give us permission to store, copy and display that content only as far as we need to in order to run the app for you (for example, saving it to the database, showing it back to you, and generating the PDFs and reports you ask for). We don't use it for anything else.
You're responsible for your content being lawful and for having the rights and permissions to store it — including any personal details of other people that you choose to record.
You can export your content or permanently delete everything from inside the app at any time.
Availability and changes
•
We work hard to keep All The Ducks available and running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or completely free of faults or interruptions.
•
We may update, add, change or remove features over time as the app develops. We won't make a change that we know removes something essential you rely on without a good reason.
•
We may need to take the app offline occasionally for maintenance or fixes. We'll try to keep this short and, where we can, let you know first.
•
We rely on third-party services (such as our hosting and payment providers) and aren't responsible for outages caused by them, though we'll do what we reasonably can to get things working again.
Your data and privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we don't track you, we don't sell or share your data, and the only personal detail we hold about you is your email address.
We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure and backed up, but no system is perfect. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose — you can export your data from the app at any time.
Ending your account
You can:
•
cancel your subscription at any time, and
•
permanently delete your entire account and all its data from inside the app ("Delete My Account" in the Menu). This also cancels any subscription straight away and removes your login. It can't be undone.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your payment fails and isn't fixed after we've asked, or if we're required to by law. If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund any fees you've paid for time you didn't get to use.
If we ever stop offering All The Ducks altogether, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.
Not a financial or accounting system
All The Ducks helps you organise your craft business. It is not a financial reporting, bookkeeping or accounting system.
Costs, stock values, order totals, profit and other figures in the app are estimates based on what you enter. They are not prepared to any accounting or tax standard.
•
Don't rely on All The Ducks for tax returns, BAS/GST, financial statements or other financial or legal decisions.
•
For those, please refer to your own accountant, bookkeeper or accounting software.
•
All The Ducks does not provide financial, tax or accounting advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Subject to that:
•
All The Ducks is provided "as is". We don't give warranties beyond those the law requires.
•
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
•
Where our liability can be limited by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
•
You're responsible for how you use the information in the app — for example your own costings, pricing and business decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example if the app changes or the law changes.
If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top and, where the change significantly affects you, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use All The Ducks after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel and delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
